The conference will focus on practical and academic issues related to Listeria monocytogenes. It will be informative and of interest to those working in food producing enterprises, public health authorities, food safety inspectors, and anybody working in the area of food safety.

Programme

​The topics covered will include occurrence of L. monocytogenes, virulence, regulatory issues, growth on food, whole genome sequencing and control of Listeria monocytogenes in the processing environment.
